Andy began his career in the kitchen officially in 2006 whilst on a self discovery trip to Europe, but it was the opening of Hartsyard that saw Andy finally granted the creative freedom to develop his own style and develop his now signature cakes. Andy now owns Saga, a cafe/patisserie/eatery in Enmore with his partner Maddison Howes, where he currently slaves away making the cakes, pastries and food that reflect his childhood and life travels.
