Dragonfruit Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups dragon fruit - frozen

1 cup raspberries or strawberries - frozen

1 cup Pineapple - frozen

1 banana

1 cup vanilla yoghurt

2 cups almond milk (substitute coconut milk)

2 tablespoons lime juice

Fresh mint, dried coconut flakes and ice to garnish

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in SMEG blender

Blend for 3-5 minutes until smooth.

Pour smoothie into a tall glass and finish with ice cubes, fresh mint and dried coconut flakes.
